Can you share with us the inspiration behind founding Regan Hillyer International and your mission to help individuals uncover their true message and launch powerful personal brands?

I studied at university degree level in New Zealand to be an architect and graduated with a BArch, however, when commencing on further study for my MArch, I realised that this path was not my true profession or heart-centred calling.

I knew that I needed to find my purpose in some other vocation, I just didn't know what that was. To find the answer that I was seeking, I embarked on a personal development crusade, bearing in mind that I was only 20 years old at this time. I invested money that I didn't have in myself, qualifying as a Certificated Master of NLP, Master of Hypnosis, Time Dynamics Specialist and a Success Strategist, amongst other certifications and training.

I then dabbled in a number of wealth strategies, property investment, currency trading, sales, business start up and marketing...however nothing made me truly happy. My initial startups

were exceedingly successful, and made over a million dollars.

And, much to everyone’s surprise, I walked away from them. Everyone thought I was insane. You see, I was still not fulfilled in running them, nor was I happy. In the interim, I had been casually helping and supporting some friends (actually ex-school peers) battling with depression, drug addiction and lack of self-esteem and when I achieved massive results with them, they referred me to other friends. I realised that this was what gave me the most pleasure and fulfilment, to see people heal, grow and learn.

From here, I started my coaching and personal development business, Regan Hillyer International (RHI) that has now grown exponentially to a global, multiple 8-figure, live and online business. I formulated the “Laser CoachingTM” system that is an industry gold standard method that facilitates trained, certificated coaches to achieve maximum results for their clients in micro time. Plus, on this journey to establish myself and grow my business, I learned a lot...the hard way (!) From these lessons, I formulated an education program

called “Be Your BrandTM” that initially taught small groups of entrepreneurs how to set up a business and promote and grow their personal brands from anywhere in the world, utilising the support systems and online resources available, as well as educating them about the internal ‘game’ and the tools and techniques around personal development and mindset strategies. “Be Your Brand” is a much loved, successful education program that has spawned two books, “Be Your Brand: From Unknown To Unforgettable in 60 Days” editions one and two, multiple live courses, and an online program and a next-step, graduate program “Online Empire Builder”, for individual study.

How did your background and upbringing in New Zealand influence your journey in personal development and business training?

My parents were (and still are) proponents of the value of education and academic excellence being the key to personal advancement. I was enrolled in an academically-based, well-respected, Auckland private school and completed a tertiary Performance Music Degree

whilst still a pupil there. Following on from school, I won an academic scholarship to attend Victoria University, Wellington, where I graduated with my BArch.

For my entire upbringing, my parents were SME (small to medium enterprise) business owners and operators in the creative industries. They owned a business that, although based in New Zealand, operated in the Asia/Pacific Region and went from project to project, this was, of course, prior to the emergencenof the internet for business and was based solidly on personal B2B travel. They were quite emphatic that they didn't want me to follow in their footsteps, hence the traditional, academic excellence and scholarship route to university and beyond that I pursued, with the aim that I would graduate to be a professional person within a corporate organisation.

When I was considering my future and being attracted to the personal development niche, combined with the intervening phenomenal growth of the power of the internet, I could seen that it was possible to be based anywhere in the world and operate a successful business.

I was able to envisage an online business that could grow globally and impact millions of people with my message.

Could you highlight some of the mindset-changing tools and cutting- edge business development strategies that you utilise in your training programs?

I am the creator of the “Energetic Architecture MethodTM” quoted by “Wealth Insider" as "The World's Number 1 Manifestation Method", a unique manifestation modality that uses the quantum field to educate about and allow people to manifest the lives that they desire.

My results include, but are not limited to, enabling people to build multiple six and seven-figure businesses, location-free, using powerful mindset-changing tools and cutting-edge business development strategies.

Enabling confidence. Confidence is an inner game. Whenever I looked for someone or something outside of myself to make myself feel confident it never lasted long. So I choose to invoke a state of confidence within myself, even in moments that I'm maybe not feeling so confident. For me it's like going to the gym and working out a muscle, the more you practise cultivating inner confidence the better you get at it.

Can you describe a success story of someone you have trained who was able to build a successful six or seven-figure business using your methodologies?

Arabelle has been a private client of mine for many years and I have seen her constantly shift and upgrade and uplevel her life. She is the living embodiment of deciding that her life would change and her determination to put my methodologies into practice and live her life by them.

She decided that her life would be filled with love, happiness and abundance and that she would rise out of her money-less, hand-to-mouth existence. She would rise... no matter what. She contacted me and went all in. She created a vision and backed it up fully

with her energy. Arabelle is a living example of someone successfully figuring out... How do I create a life that I love? And achieving that dream. She has now built a multiple 7-figure business and lives a location independent lifestyle with her young son between Perth, Singapore and Dubai.

As a thought leader in your industry, how do you approach disrupting traditional systems and helping individuals break free from outdated norms?

At Regan Hillyer International, we all lead with the promotion of empathy and business practices that disrupt the traditional notions of growing and building a successful, sustainable

business.

Nothing gives me greater pleasure than seeing a client take on the world in their chosen niche, create the money that they have envisioned and in the process, give back to society and pay it forward.

The new wave of thought-leaders and empaths are different in every way from the old business model of corporate greed characterised by charismatic money-makers who hold it all for themselves and their own self- aggrandisement. This new wave of entrepreneurs relish the equitable distribution of wealth and philanthropy at the same time sharing their ‘how’ and their ‘why’ of conscious, sustainable respect for their end users. Becoming an empathetic thought leader is a key part of transitioning into a contemporary, senior leadership role and is fast becoming a new model of management and leadership in mainstream companies.

Successful new wave business creators embrace entrepreneurship and personal development, and through my programs and courses I encourage individuals to think outside the box and challenge traditional business practices to facilitate innovation and growth and to act at all times with integrity and care for their loyal soulmate tribe.

What are some common challenges that people face when it comes to uncovering their true message and building a personal brand?

Knowing that, at all times, success is an internal game, it is 80% your inner psychology, mindset and energy and 20% of those specific actions that you then take from that aligned place. And, that the mindset around internal success and inner psychology has to be practised on a daily basis.

Can you tell us about the role of personal abundance and financial success in your philosophy?

I firmly believe that anyone can create an abundant and fulfilling life that they love and understanding this is the first step to achieving financial success. To achieve abundance in every area of your life is to remember that abundance is your natural state. You must be super clear that you are unique, you are different and you are powerful. And, until you truly recognise your abundance from the inside out, then you won't be able to recognise and call

in abundance on the outside.

You need to get absolutely clear on what your personal vision is and what drives and motivates you. What do you most desire out of life? This is the vision for yourself that comes from your heart and your soul.

Through my “Ignite With Regan” community, I educate, mentor and offer privileged access

to my best loved and best selling courses, including new information around the manifestation of money and how to step into building a successful, dream lifestyle.

My husband, Juan Pablo Barahona and I have crafted a book entitled “Activating Abundance - 52 Codes To Unlock Abundance in Every Area of Your Life” that steps the reader through the process of calling in abundance in every aspect of life. Each chapter outlines one of nine keys of life - health, mindset, emotion, relationship, passion, wealth, purpose, spirituality, and contribution - and how to amplify each with the fifty-two codes, outlining how to tread the path to fulfilment.

What advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs or individuals who have a big message they want to share with the world but feel overwhelmed or unsure of where

to start?

My top tips for building an empire and becoming financially independent are:

1) Just get cracking, stop making excuses, self-sabotaging and do it! Whilst having an eye for the following...

2) Surround yourself with people who are secure enough to be generous with their knowledge and time and their mentorship skills and listen and learn intently.

3) Do not be a solopreneur, employ experts to manage in the niches that you wish to work in.

4) Always be open to learning and embracing new concepts and ideas and accept that you will need to invest money to learn.

5) The pathway to building your empire is not always smooth and you must always be open to learning equally from failure as success.

do you maintain a location-free lifestyle while successfully running your business and training programs?

Essentially, it is because I love what I do with a passion. It never wears out, nor do I feel that I have exhausted all that I can achieve in life.

I am careful to balance the online training sessions with the personal appearances and events, accepting only invitations that I feel will be of benefit and aligned to myself and my community. I have also surrounded myself with a like-minded, intentional team that facilitates my busy lifestyle and I know that I can rely on them to take leadership opportunities and make soul-aligned decisions. However, in saying that, I am also careful to regularly take time out for myself to relax and I monitor my health and exercise and what I eat deliberately.

How do you believe spirituality and personal development positively impact an entrepreneur's journey and business success?

I am often asked what the role of spirituality can possibly play in the establishment and development of a business. The sentiment that I mostly perceive is that usually people think that building a business is based essentially around the creation of revenue, personal money and wealth-building and is completely at odds with any form of spirituality.

Put simply, a spiritual workplace is about finding meaning, value, and motivation in one’s work beyond salary and performance measurement. It is about people finding a sense of oneness and togetherness in an organisation as a whole. In terms of your own, new business, it is about establishing your enterprise, from day one as fully aligned with your purpose and your values. A container for promotion of belonging and wellbeing as well as revenue building.

The trend towards building spiritual workplaces is gaining momentum and it will be seen as more and more mainstream and in business, as in life, the early adaptors and adopters will always have the ‘edge’ when it comes to being at the forefront of cutting edge business development. They will also be seen as desirable and sought after employers, collaborators and client attractors.

How do you envision your company making an even bigger impact in the personal development and business training space?

As with any business, Regan Hillyer International (RHI) is a living, breathing, ever expanding entity. I envisage RHI having an even greater reach into the global community across a broader range of cultures to encourage the activation and access to personal abundance and education platforms for more. As is my philosophy around personal development, growth and abundance, I am, with my soulmate life partner, Juan Pablo Barahona, establishing a luxury sustainable community in the verdant, life-giving jungle on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, adjacent to Manuel Antonio National Park.

The Nest Costa Rica is a contemporary, activated wellness spa and carbon sinking sanctuary designed to be a haven of tranquillity, overall wellness and education.

To also be a hub of contemporary learning. In addition, through The Nest initiatives, we are also giving back to our local community and working on environmental projects, for example, we recently facilitated the planting of over 10,000 trees on The Nest site.

Looking ahead, what are your future goals and aspirations for Regan Hillyer International?

Currently, in addition to developing The Nest Costa Rica, I am working on expanding my capacity to receive more in order to have access to even more resources to contribute more and build the philanthropic projects that I care about most in this world. In order to do that, it's a constant daily inquiry of looking at parts of myself that aren't currently aligned to that and bringing them to the light in order for me to be a true energetic match for what I'm looking to call in and achieve under the umbrella of Regan Hillyer International.

I aspire to be remembered for being an innovative thought leader who, instead of simply stockpiling money for the sake of it, meaningfully and intentionally gives back into projects that truly benefit humanity and makes life on the planet better for marginalised communities.

And RHI to be a vehicle to facilitate that philosophy. One of the projects that is dear to my heart is my partnership with Pencils Of Promise that builds schools in third world countries and particularly assists young girls and women to be educated by removing their impediments to education, such as the lack of school fees, equipment, teachers, uniforms

and assisting with appropriate funding to overcome cultural barriers to education.
